o | Testing requirements will be forwarded to IAS&C by giving details of samples to be tested as per format (Form ‘A’) | ||||||
o | IAS&C will study the requirement and will give probable date based on commitment and availability of testing facilities for deposit of samples | ||||||
o | All samples will be received by the IAS&C who after allotting number and entering it in sample register, will forward the same to concerned lab | ||||||
o | Simultaneously lab test / analysis charges voucher will be prepared in quadruplicate as per format attached (Form ‘B’) for realizing testing charges prescribed in the price schedule | ||||||
o | After completion of testing of samples, IAS&C will issue the test report under covering letter addressed to the agency concerned | ||||||
o | Normally two weeks will be taken to complete the testing of samples. This period can however increase depending upon the nature and duration of tests involved | ||||||
o | Only test result will be communicated to agency concerned after receipt of payment. Verdict / decision will be given on the basis of standards followed:

o | Testing charges will be made in form of bank draft / pay order in favour of IAS&C (Army Quality Control Labs), COD Estate, Karachi |
